Financial Authority Model
Finance V2 is the DIHS business financial control layer — not the payment processor. Authorized DIHS business record → Finance V2 control → authorized financial decision → workflow/API → Stripe or approved processor → processor result → reconciliation → audit/preservation.
State Separation
Invoice Created ≠ Sent ≠ Paid. Payment Requested ≠ Authorized ≠ Captured ≠ Settled. Refund Requested ≠ Approved ≠ Refunded. Commission Calculated ≠ Approved. Payout Approved ≠ Sent ≠ Paid. Processor Success ≠ Reconciled ≠ Closed.
AI Authority
AI may summarize, calculate, compare, flag, identify anomalies, prepare recommendations and reports, suggest reconciliation matches, and identify missing data. AI may NOT approve, release, refund, adjust, configure, close, or delete financial evidence.
Demo Mode
All data is fictional. No processor, CRM, workflow, API, webhook, Make, or AWS infrastructure is connected. No money movement occurs. No real credentials are collected.
DIHS Ecosystem Support
Finance support follows the DIHS escalation path: User → Support → Case → Support Team → Finance operational owner → Resolution. Service Requests and Support Cases remain separate (SR ≠ CASE).
Ecosystem subdomains (Portal, Support, Admin, Intelligence) are AWAITING_DOMAIN_CONNECTION. Destinations are authoritative and will resolve once DNS is connected.
